Dr. Gray is currently in the planning stage of creating a non-profit organization, www.vermontliteracy.org, whose mission is to increase language and literacy through civic engagement. Her first project is to collaborate with community, state and national organizations to create and distribute “book kits” to children, and to offer community service hours to local high school students who wish to participate.
